Our Dream Caribbean Honeymoon

Getting married? It is definitely the most wonderful thing that could happen in our lives. Spending the honeymoon out of the country? Well, that’s a great idea. Choosing your honeymoon destination is never an easy task, with all the variety of wonderful places to visit it surely is a tough task.

We just got married recently and we totally enjoyed our honeymoon in Cuba. I must admit that this Caribbean honeymoon was so far the best decision we have ever made, well at least secondary to our marriage of course. Cuba is indeed the most wonderful place I have ever been - the place, the people, the culture and everything were just awesome.

Our 4 days stay in Cuba was a blast. Every place we visit, every people we meet, and everything we tried was worth remembering. The Cubans are definitely the most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. The hotel accommodation and services are just incomparable. They even surprised me with a serenade on our first night there, that was so sweet and I will surely remember that for the rest of my life.

One of the best places we visited there perhaps is the province of Pinar del Rio. The Limestone Mountains there are just extraordinary, they call it mogotes. It’s a good thing that our honeymoon travel package included a visit on that province. We also get the chance to visit Cueva del Indio, it really is worth the visit. The natural work of art inside the cave is amazing, it seems like the stalagmites and all that’s in there are placed perfectly.

We also stayed in a really good resort there where the white sand beach and the foods served are absolutely great. In the morning we got the chance to enjoy the beach and at night we party with the people. They also had a great night life there I must say. Really good bars are almost everywhere where you could chill out or party in.

But what really made our Caribbean honeymoon so special is the fact that I’m with the most special person in the whole wide world, my better half. Every moment spent on our Caribbean honeymoon is a treasure I will always cherish. I am the most content person by now I guess.
